Job description:

1. be responsible for the structural design of battery PACK related products.

A) complete the relevant design of battery PACK products (product appearance design, product structure design, 2D drawing of product structural components, product overall BOM production, etc.), and evaluate and confirm the structure of new products;

B) Follow up the whole production process of parts and product samples in time, deal with technical problems found in the production process in time, and continuously improve the design; Implement design changes in strict accordance with the product design change management process;

C) in the process of design and development, continuous improvement and continuous optimization of product manufacturability and cost;

D) Be responsible for filing the technical data of the design work undertaken;

2. Responsible for research and development of PACK structure.

A) be responsible for the research and development of PACK structural parts, so as to realize the lightweight, high safety and high cost performance of the battery PACK and ensure the safety and reliability of the pack structure;

B) product DFMEA analysis;

C) be responsible for formulating and compiling relevant standard documents of PACK structural design;

D) Responsible for the preparation of patents related to R&D;

3, cooperate with other departments of the department personnel to complete the project task.

A) cooperate with the product department to complete the preliminary product plan formulation;

B) Cooperate with the Electrical Department to complete the wiring harness layout and electrical parts selection;

C) cooperate with the system department to complete the test and optimize the process;

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechanical and electronic engineering, vehicle engineering, etc.

At least 5 years structural design, at least 3 years structural design experience in the same industry.

Proficient in using PROE/SolidWorks and other 3D software to design product structure; Proficient in drawing and engineering documents preparation, familiar with automobile product development process; Familiar with EV-MODULE/PACK group technology;
