Job description:

1. Customize the basic research plan and product design and development plan of the electrical core according to the project objectives and other inputs (including product structure design, raw material selection, formula and other product process parameters, etc.).

2. Be responsible for preparing technical and technological documents and inspection standards related to new products.

3. Implement communication and coordination, process control, process data collection, collation and analysis of product design and development scheme, and improve the experimental report.

4. Leading products in small-scale and pilot tests, and continuously optimizing design and selecting raw materials.

5. According to the requirements of APQP program files, complete the relevant forms in the product design and development stage, and organize the review of each stage of the project.

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or electrochemistry.

At least 3 years working experience as R&D engineer in lithium battery industry.

Familiar with the design of square aluminum case and flexible packaging battery and the key points of production site control, familiar with the characteristics of ternary and lithium iron system raw materials, and be skilled in application, with new product design and development experience, and familiar with relevant work processes.
