2. Organization class.

A) be responsible for the theoretical and practical training of new recruits in the department.

B) Be able to organize and coordinate the relevant departments of the company to carry out pilot and mass production experiments, and give technical guidance to the process.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in materials.

2. More than 1 year working experience. Familiar with R&D and production technology of ternary/Fe-Li materials, and have relevant experience in production and development of ternary/Fe-Li materials.

Strong logical analysis ability, able to solve practical problems independently.
