C) Benchmarking analysis of materials from other manufacturers;

D) It can analyze the problems in the application of ternary/lithium iron materials in batteries, analyze the reasons, and finally find out the solutions to the problems.

2. Organization class.

A) be responsible for the theoretical and practical training of new recruits in the department.

B) Be able to organize and coordinate relevant departments of the company to conduct pilot and mass production experiments and give technical guidance.

Job requirements:

Master degree or above. Major in lithium ion battery materials.

At least 1 year working experience. Familiar with R&D technology of ternary/Fe-Li materials, and have relevant industrial development experience of ternary/Fe-Li materials.

Strong logical analysis ability, able to solve practical problems independently.
